The South African property sector needs not only financial backing to thrive, but it also needs property sector professionals with cutting edge, globally competitive skills to grow the sector and make it an equitable sector. According to the Department of Higher Education’s 2020 List of Occupations in High demand, South Africa is in dire need of artisans, property managers, building associates, real estate agents and other professionals in the sector.
SAIBPP not only aims to have that gap filled, but aims to have it filled intentionally with more black professionals and entrepreneurs, to ensure that the sector represents the demographic of South Africa. Our flagship initiative to facilitate this is our Property Academy, supported by patrons such as the Johannesburg Property Company, Vukile Property Fund and many others! We invite you to participate in our fundraising event for the Property Academy, our 2nd Annual President’s Dinner. We look forward to raising more funds that will go towards capacitating this trailbalzing structure.
