SAIBPP UCT Property Entrepreneurship Programme

The Property Entrepreneurship Programme is a unique tailor-made programme for the entrepreneur or aspiring property entrepreneur who’s on-the-move and prefers a practical and to-the-point approach to learning.

During the intensive 3-day workshop, participants will be equipped with the necessary theoretical & practical foundations to be able to start & manage sustainable property development or investment business.

The course is certified by the UCT school of Construction & Economics Management (CPD accredited) and delivered by Diversity Property Solutions in Johannesburg South Africa in partnership with the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP).
